I’m Lailani, a NYC artist, curator, and event producer creating spaces where art builds connection, joy, and belonging. I curate exhibitions, produce live performances, organize markets, plan corporate events, and lead public art installations and always centering underrepresented voices.

My work blends visual storytelling, creative direction, and full-scale production with a dedication to artist support and community advocacy. From intimate workshops to large-scale activations, I design experiences that spark connection and leave lasting memories.

I’m also the creator of  The Creative Plug on Substack a resource hub for artists offering jobs, grants, and opportunities. I’m looking to collaborate with galleries, museums, individuals, and collectives on projects that lift voices, activate space, and bring people together through art.
